SRV (which stands for Serene Republic of Venice) is a bacaro and wine bar serving Venetian-inspired cuisine in the South End. This cozy, book-lined restaurant in East Somerville shares a cocktail window with its sister restaurant, La Brasa. This Newton family favorite has been scooping ice cream since 1969. Amrheins is the oldest restaurant in South Boston and claims lineage back to 1890.
